What data we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form, we process the details you provide: name, company, email, country, product category, website and your message. We use them solely to reply to your enquiry and to consider a possible partnership.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by accepting this policy before submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Cookies and third parties
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. To protect the form against spam we use mechanisms that do not rely on third-party cookies. Rate limiting uses a hashed form of the IP address for a short period.
Recipients and retention
Messages are received in our company mailbox and are not shared with third parties, other than the hosting and email providers necessary to run the site. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a partnership follows, for as long as the relevant legislation requires.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to sales@smarttechnology.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
